How We Started

Our Journey

Founded in 2008, our organization began as a small initiative to provide banking services to rural communities in Sri Lanka. What started as a local effort has grown into a comprehensive development organization serving communities across multiple countries.

Our founders recognized that traditional development approaches often failed to address the unique needs of rural and underserved communities. This insight led to our community-centered methodology, which prioritizes local knowledge, sustainable practices, and long-term partnerships.

Today, we work alongside communities to implement programs in financial inclusion, education, healthcare, agriculture, and technology access. Our approach ensures that communities are not just beneficiaries but active partners in their own development.
